How to check my refund?

Please note that the refund is guaranteed as we know how important your money is, and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly. Please check the refund as follows steps
Step 1. Kindly wait for 20 business days after the refund is successfully processed . Normally, it will be received by you within 3-20 business days to your wallet with yleox.com.

Why is the received amount less than the refund amount on the order page?
Refund shall always be made in full unless agreed otherwise.
However, in the below two scenarios, you may receive fewer funds compared with the original refund amount:
Scenario 1. The bank(s) charge a commission fee on our refund amount and yleox.com received a less amount.
Scenario 2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
How can I get a refund if my credit card is no longer valid or has expired?
yleox.com will only refund the amount to the wallet that can be used for future purchases with yleox.com.
